Pink Rose
1 oz.      Gin – Dry
1 tsp.      Grenadine
1 tsp.      Juice – Lemon
1 tsp.      Cream – Table
1      Egg – White
Shake with cracked ice; strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Mah Jong 
1 oz.      Gin – Dry
1/4 oz.      Liqueur – Cointreau
1/4 oz.      Rum 2
Stir with cracked ice; strain into chilled cocktail glass.
